The curriculum focuses on foundational skincare techniques, client care, and practical experience. Tuition for Basic Esthetics is $10,500, with an enrollment fee of $150 (non-refundable) and optional online program access for $350. Additional optional costs, such as extra scrub shirts, student kits, and products, are available for purchase. Students can take advantage of a flexible payment plan in three installments of $3,500, making this program accessible for those balancing work or other commitments. AEI is licensed by the Oregon Higher Education Coordinating Commission (HECC), Private Career Schools Division, License #2154. Please note that AEI is not accredited by a U.S. Department of Education-recognized accrediting body.
Advanced Esthetics is also a 500-hour, part-time program spanning approximately 26 weeks. Designed for students seeking more in-depth training, this program covers advanced techniques and specialized aesthetic procedures. Tuition is $18,750, with a $150 enrollment fee and optional online materials for $350. Total estimated cost is $19,250, with a three-installment non-refundable payment plan available at $6,250 per installment. Like Basic Esthetics, AEI is licensed by the Oregon HECC but is not U.S. Department of Education-accredited.

Brittney
Brittney Foss is an instructor at the Advanced Esthetics Institute (AEI) who is passionate about helping students build a strong foundation in skin science and clinical esthetics. She loves breaking down the “why” behind treatments. This allows the students to truly understand how the skin works, not just how to perform a service. Watching students connect the dots and grow into confident practitioners is one of the most rewarding parts of her work.
Brittney’s true aesthetic love language is advanced treatments. Brittney especially enjoys teaching laser and light-based technologies, where physics, biology, and skincare all come together. If there’s a deep dive into laser physics or skin physiology, she’s probably having a great day.
Outside of the treatment room and classroom, Brittney is a combat veteran who feels most at home outdoors. She loves spending time in the forest, staying active, and has recently developed a love-hate relationship with distance running and endurance training. Whether she’s teaching, running trails, or exploring the outdoors, Brittney is always drawn to things that challenge the mind and body.
